Joseph (Joe) Shardo

Joe serves as Vice President, People Solutions at EnviroServe. In this role, Joe collaborates with Team Members across the organization to align people-focused initiatives with the company’s mission and strategic objectives. With more than 12 years of experience leading teams in people solutions, distribution, transportation and operations, he brings a well-rounded perspective to building a culture of engagement, growth and success. Joe earned his bachelor’s degree from Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio. He is passionate about empowering people and fostering meaningful connections within the workplace. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Stephanie and their three children.
